Codes of behaviour set out the expectations and standards of behaviour required by an organisation and help to define ethical and unethical conduct. They provide a straightforward guide to assist athletes, coaches, officials, administrators, parents and spectators to conduct themselves appropriately and ensure sport is an enjoyable experience for everyone.
The Club’s Code of Conduct for Coaches is:
- The Coach has the overall responsibility at all times for coaching and shall conduct himself/herself in a professional manner at all times.

The Coach will ensure players adhere to a code of conduct within the team, which displays sportsmanship on and off the field. (Respect for Coach, team members, umpires and opposing teams).

Β·The Coach will ensure that all players are treated with fairness and equity. Team work and fun must be present.

The Coach shall attend all training sessions, providing quality in training both skills and fitness. Training will be held weekly at an allotted time. If the Coach is unable to attend other arrangements must be made so the session can continue in his/her absence.

The Coach and Manager will work together to ensure that players are adhering to their code of conduct.
