Criteria for 10 Year Membership Award

10 Year Continuous Player:
10 years of continuous playing with the Caloundra Seahawks Hockey Club Inc.

10 Year Player:
When 10 years of continuous playing is broken by players not playing, unable to play, etc.  However, the 10 years will be considered as continous should the player contribute to the club in a manner accepted by the committee during that time, e.g. committee, coaching, manager - more than just attending games and supporting same.

Non-Player:
10 years of continuous service to the club in that they contribute in a manner accepted by the committee, e.g. committee, coaching, manager – more than just attending games and supporting same.

The Committee will call for nominations towards the end of the playing season.

It is the responsibility of the player/member to submit a nomination form (attached as link below) to the Club Secretary at least one calendar month before the end of seaon Presentation (if junior , prior to Junior Presentation; if senior, prior to Senior Presentation; if non-player, prior to the Presentation in which they attend).

On receiving a nomination the Committee will check all relevant records to confirm that the nominee is eligible.  If the nominee is eligible they will receive their award at their relevant end of season Presentation.
